The staff at this hotel were very professional and provided hospitality that made my stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed linen was comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the well-priced restaurant and the fact that there was a balcony in my room where I could sit and look out.

Great balcony and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast on the beautiful terrace surrounded by palm trees was a real highlight. The location near breathtaking waterfalls and other sights was a major advantage.

The room wasn't spotlessly clean and there was a faint cigarette smell in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant needs to improve its communication and attention to detail. For those traveling on business, be aware that an extra charge may be needed for city transportation.

The hotel offered a commendable room clean-up service and comfortable beds which helped me sleep through the night without any hassle. the hotel also has a good location providing easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, their restaurant served good food at reasonable prices.

The breakfast experience was below average as the staff had a hard time communicating in English and lacked basic menu options. the hotel did not offer transportation services to the city center which can be a hassle for tourists who are unfamiliar with the area.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to local restaurants and cafes. the friendly staff provides excellent service and the rooms are spacious and clean. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfasts and take in the beautiful views from the balcony.

The plumbing may need to be checked as there have been some previous issues with leakage in some of the rooms.
